From the moment I arrived, the friendly receptionist made me feel welcome and ensured a smooth check-in process. the room was not only clean and warm, but also surprisingly spacious with a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. the guest lounge bar was a wonderful bonus, offering a cozy atmosphere to relax and unwind. the convenient location next to the city centre made exploring Newcastle a breeze. the abundance of nearby dining options, such as Uno's Trattoria and House of Tides, allowed for a diverse culinary experience right at my doorstep. Overall, the combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made my stay at the Waterside Hotel truly exceptional.
